FAMILY CLASS
Kihonkai Karate Family class brings the joy to all the family who train together, learn together and have fun together. Our famliy class follows the classic Shotokan values of Kihon ( Basic techniques ) Kata ( Form, the true foundation stone of Japanese Karate ) and Kumite ( sparring, bringing the knowledge of Kihon and Kata to test yourself against an opponent in Dojo Training and National and International Tournaments). As we have specific age appropriate classes for younger children our family classes has a lower age limit of 8 years old.
